Hello Middle School families!
A few items for you today.
1.MS Parent Party RSVP: Please join us next Thursday the 21st from 6-8pm at Nostalgia Brewing Co in Gahanna at Creekside. There’s no school the next day, so you are off the hook for the homework/bedtime torture cycle! 🙂 Join your fellow MS parents to celebrate the nearing of the end of the school year and upcoming Spring weather. (Cost is $5 per person for appetizers. Everyone can set up their own bar tab for beverages. Please RSVP today if possible so we know how much food to order. Nostalgia has a very small kitchen, and is not able to accommodate us ordering much beyond our group appetizers. We will be ordering pretzel bites, buffalo chicken dip, hummus platters, chili, and mac and cheese. Any questions please reach out to Teresa, Katy, or Julie.)
2.Thursday, April 14, 815am Fireside Dining Hall – United CA Meeting. If you have not had the chance yet to attend one of our amazing United CA events, please come tomorrow to experience one in person! Please join us as four parents give us a very brief overview of their religious observances happening this Spring and each give an example of some of the range of beliefs or attitudes, even within their faith. They will have suggestions of how to be supportive and honoring of their faith. You may also ask questions. Consider it the CliffsNotes version, or SparkNotes version- the layperson’s guide to interacting with some of our various faiths at CA.
3. Friday, April 15 8:15-9:15am on the Hondros Track, PACA Wellness Walk. Grab a breakfast snack and drink and come walk and talk a few laps with fellow parents. A great way to meet some new faces and connect with other parents (and stretch your legs a little!)
