(MS) Bi-Weekly Update 2.3.19

Dear Middle School Parents and Guardians:

You’ll get this email during the Super Bowl. One of us cares about it, the other doesn’t. You guess which is which! 🙂

Aside from the 50 degree temps today – the best thing that happened this weekend was the MS musical. Truly a spectacular success! Congrats to all of the cast, crew, faculty and indeed- all of the parents who dutifully made sure your kids were at practice and ready to deliver one amazing performance. The Backstage Pass before last night’s performance was also a wonderful addition to the program. Takes a technicolor village, right?!

Next up is MS Shadow Day! Tuesday, February 12th from 8:05am -noon. Please try to attend this fun day with your middle schooler to get a taste of their classes and how much they LOVE school! Mr. Arnold will send out any other details you need but for now- try to block the morning.

Mark your calendar also for a wonderful celebration of Black History Month on Sunday, February 24th from 3-5pm in the Dining Hall. Sponsored by Mosaic and highlighting specifically the Harlem Renaissance. Look for details on Mosaic’s page!

Also! Parent / Teacher Conferences are Feb 28 and March 1. Please sign up to bring snacks in for the teachers here. Mr. Arnold will be sending a notice about signing up for conferences shortly.

Reminders:
