MIDDLE SCHOOL TAILGATE
Friday, September 23rd 530 – 700pm
Please join your fellow middle school families Friday, September 23rd on the lower school blacktop prior to the home football game against Buckeye Valley! Food and drinks are provided.
VIKING RAMPAGE
Saturday, September 24th 930am
All are invited to participate in the sixth annual Viking Rampage Challenge on Saturday, September 24th. It is a kid-friendly mud run with numerous obstacles through our campus woods, so wear old athletic shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting really dirty. Siblings and friends are welcome to join you. Adults often run the course, too, especially because younger children may need help with some of the obstacles. Please note that the course will be open from 9:30a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with registration table opening at 8:30 a.m. next to the middle school playground. This is a free event – but all participants must register by clicking here. For motivation, we will have t-shirts available for the first 120 students to cross the finish line! Once through the course, the fun will continue with an afternoon filled with food trucks, the Fútbol Tailgate hosted by ¡Hola! and home games being played by our Viking sports teams. The tailgate will include games and prizes led by our own 8th grade students, so be sure to stop by after cleaning up from the run. See you there!

HOLA TAILGATE
Saturday, September 24th 11am
Please join HOLA on Saturday, September 24th at 11am for our annual Fútbol Tailgate as we cheer on the Girls Varsity Team against Pleasant HS. We will have family games, music, traditional snacks, and more! Bring the entire family and help us celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.

It’s the 40th anniversary of this great school-wide event to support CA athletics. All money raised goes directly to our sports teams.

Additionally, we could use your help. We’re collecting donations for this year’s gift card tree. To ensure everyone’s a winner, we’re looking for donations of gift cards starting at $25 denominations.

Class Funds
In order to minimize the number of requests coming your way we are asking for a one-time contribution to help cover the costs associated with many of the events that take place during the year. This is completely voluntary and you do not have to contribute anything. Our goal is to help minimize (not eliminate!) the number of asks throughout the year. Please see below for examples of how we will use the funds.
If you would like to contribute, the Venmo information is listed below for each class. Each class representative will collect the funds and use them to purchase and deliver food, etc throughout the year. Any leftover funds would roll over to follow the class to their next grade.
