As we wind down the school year, I want to thank everyone for all that you have done to make this a great year! There are a few reminders for this very busy time of year – please take a moment to read the below.
EXAMS
7th and 8th graders will have exams beginning Friday May 26th and continuing on Tuesday and Wednesday the following week.
HALF DAYS
Please note that Tuesday May 30th, Wednesday May 31st and Thursday June 1st are all half days with middle schoolers dismissed at noon. All students should be picked up no later than 12:30pm on each of these days. Thursday is the Middle School Closing (details below).
**PLEASE NOTE the following for bus service!
On Tuesday May 30th, only Westerville and the VAT bus will be picking up at 12:30pm. Those buses will not be picking up early on Wednesday or Thursday.
All other students who ride the bus will need to make other transportation arrangements.
CLOSING CEREMONY
The Middle School Closing Ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 1, at 10:30 a.m. in the Mackenzie Gymnasium and is attended by all middle-schoolers and faculty. Please click here for details specific to the eighth grade with regards to the ceremony. Students are expected to arrive at school by 805am (normal arrival time).

May 29: No School, Memorial Day
May 30: Noon dismissal
May 31: Noon dismissal
June 1: Middle School closing. 1030am in the Mackenzie Gym. Noon dismissal immediately following.
