    **IMPORTANT NOTE: As an organization founded for the promotion and support of Columbus Academy activities, sales tax is waived for retail transactions related to Columbus Academy’s mission. Representatives of the Parents’ Association of Columbus Academy must present the Columbus Academy tax id # (23-7253796) or present the completed sales tax exemption form at check out in order to receive the waiver of sales tax. Should a Parents’ Association of Columbus Academy representative make a purchase and pay sales tax, the sales tax portion will not be reimbursed.
